Health & Empowerment (H.E.)
Every 3rd Tuesday of the Month
5:30pm-7:30pm
H.E is a safe space and support group for boys, young men, and men who have experienced or witnessed crime in their lives.
Our goal is to provide a space where these individuals are able to foster positive, supportive relationships amongst themselves and with mentors.
In our group, there is mentorship in every meeting.
We have monthly events where there is always peer to peer interaction. We provide dedicated time in each group to check-in with each other and discuss the topic or theme of the night.
Themes and activities for events are curated by the participants in the group.
